The Path
From: $225.00
Your journey is just beginning….
Another in-house designed and exclusive saber for the AusSabers armoury – The Path.
This is a simple but elegant saber – an interpretation of what an apprentice might build as they start on their journey. What type of person will they be? Will they be noble and just, or will their thoughts become corrupted by the lust for power?
Whatever your destiny, this fine saber will set you apart from others.
The pommel is a simple conical shape, and sits just below a brass collar.
Above this, the black grooved grip section is sleeved in polished aluminium, with a large cutout to reveal the grip.
A red plunger switch and a rose tinted gold covertec wheel complete the mid section of the saber.
Moving higher, another brass collar supports a basic, slanted emitter with just a hint of a guard ringed around it, which tapers away from your hand to provide a nice finishing touch to what is a very sleek design.
The saber is best wielded in a right hand with the grip facing towards you, or in the left hand with the switch facing towards you (to avoid the covertec wheel getting in the way).

Saber hilt is 283mm long. Grip diameter 34mm, lower brass collar is 32mm, upper brass collar is 30mm diameter. Emitter area is 43mm on the widest ring. Please note the brass segments WILL TARNISH!! This is perfectly normal for real brass and it can be polished if needed. Likewise the bare aluminium sections can exhibit small scratches from the manufacturing process, though most of these can be polished out with a soft cloth and polishing compound.

This thing is awesome, brought it on a Monday and came on a Friday so shipping was amazing. The features are top notch and the hilt design is spectacular, I cannot say how good this thing is in words. 2 years ago I fell into the trap of buying an ultrasaber lightsaber and while I had fun with it for a few weeks, the lack of features was shocking for the price. For what was essentially $500 aud I got a complete silver hilt, no cool design, and a lightsaber that was only one colour, could turn on, do a lightsaber clash, and turn off, but this lightsaber, which is nearly $200 less has rgb, so many sound fonts, blast deflect (which is probably my favourite just something about it) lightsaber clash, a smoothish swing, volume control, rechargeable batteries, an awesome hilt design and so much more. This lightsaber is worth every dollar and I know I’ll have so much fun with it, thanks aussabers.

This is by far one of my favourite hilts of all time, it’s so comfortable to hold/spin and it looks incredible, thank you Keir for designing this beauty 😀

This may be the most comfortable in hand saber I’ve held, especially for single handed use.
